Some purchases (such as our live trainings) come with a NO REFUND policy given the amount of time energy and skills that go into creating and hosting the live event. Other products carry a 30 day or 60 day money back guarantee.
Any product sold by or on behalf of List Engine Pro will have CLEARLY on any sales material the refund policy. All order forms and checkout forms will also clearly indicate our refund policies.

How To Request A Refund
Each product also has it’s own support email address provided to you upon purchasing. This is provided both in the members area and on your order notification email receipt. You will need to contact that specific email address within the given time frame (listed on product page) to request a refund on your purchase.
If you can’t find the proper email address please use the Contact Us form on website to submit your request for a refund. All requests must be made via email so they can be properly dated and documented.
